I was born a Cowardly Lion. During my early years in school I found out that if I didn't want to be bullied I had to do something to stop the bullies from picking on me. So I started lifting weights at the age of 14. By the time I was fifteen I had changed from a Cowardly Lion into a Courageous Lion who not only protected myself but I protected those around me. At the age of 68 you can see me as the Courageous Lion on Youtube hammer curling 50 pounds 75 reps with each arm. I'm far from that Cowardly Lion I left behind years ago. And my job in life at this time is to wake the Cowardly Lions among us and teach them so they can be Courageous Lions.
